- AHA HApr 6, 20261.0It's not a bad place. They just jack up your rent every 6 months for no reason. Just because they can. Then when they got bought out my rent got jacked up even more because my unit was " taller". When they jack up your rate. Call the manager and tell them to drop it. Every time I did they dropped it by about half. Still sucks. But what ever.

I had my unit for 4 years and over that time the staff was very helpful, even when late with my payment they communicated and didn’t treat or speak to me bad at all. My only gripe is on Sundays the restroom is locked, so when emptying my unit I had to unhook from my trailer just to rush her to somewhere with a restroom. I have a few ideas that could help resolve this problem and management/corporate can contact me by email for that.
