- JJJenniferMar 16, 20265.0The management at this storage facility is top notch. Since I've rented my storage unit I have always had issues opening the door. The lock never opened easily. Today I could not get the lock open at all. I called the office and the manager came out immediately to assist me. She tried to loosen the locking mechanism but it was still hard to unlock. She ended up putting a whole new locking mechanism on the door and gave me a new lock at no charge. It works perfectly now. I wish I would've brought it to her attention earlier. Thank you for your help!

I will be coming back. Prior to showing up, I spoke with the sales rep Jess. At first I thought she was an AI phone bot because she sounded professional but turns out she was human! Very nice that they don’t use ai. She was also incredibly helpful and warm over the phone without being too pushy at all. From start to end I was well cared for and taken care of. I’d also like to point out- most companies lose sales due to not picking up the phone or calling back fast enough. Many companies were very very hard to get ahold of which was frustrating. This company has a great speed to lead time as well as customer service BY REAL HUMANS! Something most places unfortunately and surprisingly lack.

Courtney, the property manager, reach out the next day to see if there were any other questions I may have, which was amazing. Courtney was so nice. She showed the units available and answered all my questions. The sign up process was so easy! Thank you so much!

The price when I moved in was also good. 2-3 months after move in they doubled the price, probably assuming after you do all the work of moving in you will just accept it. If they were up front with the pricing, it would be 5 stars.
