This feels like a tactic to get people to sign up at a low price and then suddenly double or even triple the rent without proper notice. If you are planning to rent a unit, especially if you are out of town or unable to move your belongings quickly, you could end up stuck paying a very high monthly rate. In my opinion, this business practice is misleading and unfair. Make sure you read the fine print and be prepared for unexpected price increases.

This guy (idk if he’s the manager or worker), but he wouldn’t let us park inside, saying we will be locked out of the door because they’re closing at 7pm. We got there 20 minutes before & had some heavy stuffs to unload. We told him it’s not even going to take 10 minutes so we should park inside but he refused. He said “you can’t walk 20ft”? Of course I can, but why do you think there’s an area for parking? Also, why does it say you guys will operate until 7pm when we don’t have access as normal hours of operation? He was terrible. He was on his phone the whole time just trying to make us leave asap and got a mad/mean attitude for no reason. We’re the paying customers. Don’t let your anger out on us just because you hate your job.
