The Customer service was excellent, and the entire process was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe and reliable storage unit.

First they send me the wrong location and unit size, then I was given a higher price than quoted, then the location wasn’t even valid. When I finally got someone who seemed to know what she was doing, it turned out she scheduled my move in date on a Sunday without telling me THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. Even the emergency line wouldn’t help with access even though I had completed the contract and payment with them on the phone so now I have nowhere to put my RV and my HOA will not be happy. TERRIBLE service and incompetent people on a national service line. I’m really hoping the local staff is better.

I would have stayed but the rate hikes for a unit every one else was charging way under a hundred was a bit much. When I called to talk to them about it they told me it was due to market value. That’s a lie I talked to several different storage companies and they all are charging less. Looks more like gouging and Corporate greed is the correct answer.
