I arrived in the morning, and there was no one in the office — I had to spend about 20 minutes trying to find any employee. Around lunchtime, it turned out they have a break, but it is not indicated anywhere in their schedule. I have now been waiting for over an hour, and still no one has shown up. The organization is very poor.
