  I paid for a professional measurement and set up a date. They never showed up at the appointment, wasting my day waiting for them, did not return my call about the appointment. I did not receive an explanation nor a genuine apology when I called to receive a refund for the missed appointment. The person responding g to me also as very rude and unprofessional

  While the Container Store had a huge selection, every item had a huge price tag. My wife was in search of plastic boxes to store Xmas decorations and I noticed around desk organizer that I could use but at $36 was way overpriced. Neither of us bought anything so we went to Walmart where my wife bought her storage boxes at a very reasonable price and I bought the perfect desk organizer for $7.12!!

  The Container Store is honestly one of the best places ever made for organization. If you’re trying to get your house together or just want things to look clean and tidy, this place is it. The store is really big, and I went about five days before Christmas, so I was actually surprised at how much they still had in stock. You could tell things were selling fast because there were only one or two left of certain items, but that’s totally understandable right before the holidays. One thing I did notice is that they might have been a little understaffed that day. At the very front, there was a little lady working the register who seemed like she might have needed a bit more training. The line got pretty long — around 10 people — and everyone was waiting patiently, but she seemed to run into an issue with almost every transaction ahead of us. We were the fourth person in line, so it definitely took a while. We also needed help grabbing something from a high shelf, and while waiting, my boyfriend tried to grab it himself and ended up breaking it. Once the staff noticed, they were super understanding and didn’t charge him for it at all. The woman who helped us (I don’t remember her name) was very sweet and really nice, which I truly appreciated. As far as pricing goes, I’d say it’s medium range. It’s not cheap, but it’s not super expensive either. They do have lower-priced items, and even those are still good quality, which makes it worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this store for any type of storage or organization needs. I’ll definitely be back.

  Closet System Design review: I had an incredible experience with The Container Store in Las Vegas, especially working with Sophia. From the very beginning, the process felt surprisingly easy. It’s honestly hard to believe that within about a week and a half of meeting, we were already bringing a fully realized vision to life. Sophia took the time to truly understand how I function in my space, what would feel aesthetically right for me, and how to make it all work within my budget — and even included a few thoughtful extras. That level of care and listening made all the difference. The result feels intentional, personalized, and exciting, not overwhelming. I felt supported throughout the process and never pressured. I highly recommend The Container Store Las Vegas, and especially Sophia. If I remember, I will update the post with my review of the install process and finished product.

  Shame on these people. We booked an appointment for custom closets and a few hours before our appointment, Ashley contacted us to make sure we would bring the dimensions of the relevant rooms, which, of course, was the case. Once there, this same Ashley informed us after just 2 minutes that she was not trained on these products and therefore could neither draw up our plans nor even price the project. Obviously, no one on site was able to help us, and the only thing she could think of telling us was that each closet wall would cost at least $25k anyway. This is absolutely pathetic, and we wasted half a day because of these people.
