- BCB ColeFeb 14, 20265.0Kim was fantastic from the moment we walked into the flagship store. She was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about every Tempur-Pedic model. She let us lie on as many beds as we wanted, explained the differences in feel and support without any pressure, and even helped us narrow down the perfect firmness level for our needs. Her advice was spot-on, and she made the whole buying process feel easy and enjoyable. We left the store feeling excited and confident in our purchase thanks to her excellent service. It’s unfortunate that the bed didn’t work out for us, and we had to return it. It was just way too firm for us side sleepers. Also, the heating and cooling functions felt a little mute when it was advertised that it’s a 30 degree difference. Anyway, go to Kim at the flagship store in summerlin! You won’t be disappointed in her service and care.

There are so many different options went it comes to selecting the proper mattress. Each individual has their own needs when it comes to selecting the proper mattress for them. It took some time to find the right one for me but in the end I’m very happy with all the assistance I received along the way. I bought the ProBreeze medium hybrid and the ergo smart base. Looking forward to years of sound sleep and using the smart base tech.

I stopped by the Tempur-Pedic store in Summerlin and met Kim, who provided outstanding customer service from day one. Her knowledge and genuine care made me confident I’d return when I was ready to buy. Almost a year later, we purchased the Smart Pro Base since we already had an Tempur-pedic mattress and WE absolutely LOVE it. We wake up feeling truly rested, and it’s honestly hard to get out of bed because of how relaxed our bodies feel. Best sleep investment we’ve ever made. Highly recommend!!! Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. If a hybrid is starting to sound like a great fit, you can choose between our TEMPUR-Adapt®, TEMPUR-ProAdapt®, and TEMPUR-PRObreeze° models. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?
Yes, we do, for any of our mattresses with a removable cover. You can order replacement covers for our current mattress models online here. If you need the cover for an older mattress or you don't see your mattress listed, you can talk to one of our Sleep Guides in the store to help you find yours.
Can I use my existing bed frame with a Tempur-Pedic mattress?
Yes, Tempur-Pedic mattresses are designed to fit most standard size bed frames. Ensure your foundation is flat and solid with adequate center support to maintain warranty coverage.
How will my new Tempur-Pedic mattress be delivered?
Select Tempur-Pedic mattresses arrive with free White Glove delivery including setup and removal of packaging. The TEMPUR-Cloud ships compressed via UPS for self-setup without White Glove service.
