  I love this place! Very clean and staff is so helpful! I have had a unit here for over 4 years and I always have a good experience. This part of Las Vegas is not the best area but you would not even know it when leaving your things here. Every unit has a personal alarm and security is highly monitored. Carts are available upon asking and the units are climate controlled. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends because of the prices and value you receive. Thanks for taking care of me Storage One!

  Janifer was my 1st impression and she has Smiles for Miles, was very professional. Then when it was time to sign my contract and pay for my 1st month, I worked with Ray who was funny/friendly. There was a hiccup, but they fixed the issue within 24 hrs = AMAZING. I was looking for a new self storage bc my last one (Orange one starts with "P" just kept nickel & diming us! Storage One gave us a GREAT lock w. 3 keys= no Extra charge!! I have renters insurance, so I showed them the declaration page = NO additional charge for storage Renters insurance. If you want quality on a budget = go to Storage One. (and if Maryland Pkwy & Tropicana is near you =stop by; totally worth it)
