  We rented a storage space at an affordable price but that did not last long. After management changes we have had multiple significant monthly increases that no longer make this facility a good value. There are better options out there if you're looking for value for your money.

  I usually never have the time to leave reviews and I regret that it has taken me several months to finally compose this one.... I was referred to the Buffalo/Blue Diamond location while trying to relocate my belongings from a unit in Henderson closer to home. I can't say that my initial experience was satisfactory due to the property being ran by different management. There seemed to always be a sign on the door that the mgr was on a bank run every time I would try to access the front office to check out a handcart. I have had to wait sometimes up to a couple of hours for someone to return. However, I have nothing but great things to say since the new manager Vanessa came onboard!! I originally had a unit on the third floor but after needing a larger space she offered my a unit on the first and allowed me the time to get everything transferred over without feeling rushed. This was greatly appreciated!! Vanessa practices the upmost professionalism and integrity!! I am always grateful to see that it is her at the front anytime I have a question or need tom check out a cart. Another reason I love this location is because it is secure and I always feel safe!!
