Worst load I’ve ever been to in my life They floor workers that walks around refuse to help you find anything and looks at you crazy for getting irritating, if you can’t do your job, you need to find a different profession

Went in with the intentions of purchasing a new complete kitchen. cabinets, countertops, floor tile, sinks, appliances, and whatever else I needed to completely redo my kitchen and laundry room. I previously got approved for a high amount for Lowe's credit so I was expecting to spend 25 to $30,000. Paid for somebody to come and do a concise measurement. Nobody called. Two wks later I called they said sorry we put your information in wrong that somebody would call within a couple days.. nobody called so I called back again they said he should have called you. They promise somebody would call the next day. 2 days later I had to go in and figure out what was going on. The girl that works the kitchen department was off of course again and it was only 3:00. I told him I'm tired of waiting for somebody to come just to do a simple measurement. I never got a call from anybody, I always had to call in to figure out what was going on. When I told them that I just want to have my money back and go somewhere else they said okay they gave me my money back like it was no big deal like they go through this all the time I hope they realize the business that they're losing not only with me but with other people that I've talked to. It did work out though I went to Home Depot and got everything I needed and probably saved a lot of money and headache. BTW home Depot's measurement guy was out the next day after I paid. So if you're in the market for a new kitchen or whatever else that needs customer service don't go to Lowe's because their customer service sux.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE ASSOCIATES UP TO THE MANAGER!
I Went In This Morning To Buy Some Plants.
9:30AM I Noticed That Their Garden Center Gate Door Was Still Closed, So I Went In Their Main Entrance To Get To The Garden Center.
I Picked Up Two Plants And Noticed The Cashier Wasn’t There, So I Went Inside The Store To Checkout. As I Was Walking In, I Passed The Return Section And Asked The Associates Why In The Garden Center There Was Nobody In The Cashier? The Black Male Associate Replies, “It’s Too Cold To Have Anybody Woking There.” I Checked The Temperature In Las Vegas; It Was 48 Degrees In Real Time!
Black Male Associate Then Proceeds To Tell Me That I Can Pay At Their Return Counter.
Rolled In My Cart To Pay.
This Girl, Melissa Was The One That Rang Me Up. I Picked Up My Plants For Her To Scan And Placed It On Her Counter.
I Tapped On My Card To Pay, And This Girl Didn’t Care To Ask If I Wanted My Receipt Printed, Emailed Or Both.
I Always Get My Receipts Emailed, But Melissa Didn’t Give Me That Option To Choose From The Screen, But Just Printed It Out!
So Then I Asked My Receipt To Be Emailed Instead. She Took My Physical Receipt Back Then Asked Me For My Email.
Moreover, I Asked Melissa To Bag My Items.
She Gave Me An Attitude While She Was Opening The Plastic Bag. She Opened The Bag And WAITED FOR ME TO PICK UP MY PLANTS EXPECTING ME TO PUT IT IN FOR HER!
Now You See, Melissa Has This Fake Red Long Nails Which Was About 2-3 Inches Long, That Reading From Her Actions, She Didn’t Wanna Break Any By Picking Up My Items To Put It In The Bag. I Can Tell Because There Was Quite An Awkward Pause In Between When She Opened The Plastic Bag Waiting For Me To Put It In For Her! (Which Ok, I Can Empathize About, But That Is Her Job To Do, Not The Costumer)!
I Left And Got In My Car And I Knew I Had To Call The Store To Speak To A Manager To Report My Experience.
Phone Rang And Transferred Me To A Manager. Female Manager Answered Without Introducing Her Name.
I Communicated What Just Happened In Her Store And My Experience.
This Manager Didn’t Handle My Concerns At All But Had The NERVE To Tell Me That “It Is Not My Business That Her Employee Has Long Nails!”
I Was Sooooo Offended By This Female Manager That I Quickly Called Lowe’s Corporate Number To Report This Nasty Sassy Manager And My Whole Experience At This Location!
Corporate Was Awesome At Listening And Jotting Down My Story.
Kadetra, The Operator Who Helped And Listened To Me Was Very Sympathetic.
I Am Expecting A Return Call From Corporate After Their Investigation.
I Believe This Specific Location Doesn’t Represent Lowe’s As A Company From It’s Employees, Manager Down To Their Uniform Etiquette!
What If Melissa’s 3 Inches Nails Poked Or Cut Me When I Put My Plants In The Bag She Was Holding?
These Employees At This Location Needs To Be Retrained IMMEDIATELY!

I called the 1-800 number that you sent it was a guy from India answering the phone. I explained on what happened and what you wanted me to do and I did it. He said there's nothing that he can do besides pass it on. So your customer service still sucks nothing gets done. No faith in Lowe's services. Go to home Depot that's my advice.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
