    Just I had purchased three Christmas trees that were on clearance 50% off. Then the same night they went to 75% off. I called and asked if I can Bring the receipt and if they can credit back the difference since I just purchased them a few hours earlier I was told on the phone. Yes just bring your receipts and we can do that so the next day I drove across town to your store the lady at the customer service counter was very rude from the get-go cutting me off. I don’t understand why I was very polite to her. She was an older woman.. She cut me off every time I went to talk and was like I understand that, wait. Then called the manager and the manager said no we will not do that. That’s fine. Okay but it would’ve helped if your employees knew the same. So that way, I didn’t waste my gas, driving all the way there and have to deal with Such a rude attitude.

    My experience with the Lowe's Kitchen and Cabinet Design service has been an ongoing disaster, marked by catastrophic design failures, non-existent communication, and repeated ordering mistakes that have stalled my project indefinitely. I entrusted Lowe's design team to provide a functional, expert layout. Shockingly, the initial, signed-off design was fundamentally flawed and would not accommodate basic appliances, such as the refrigerator, despite being verified by their staff. I was only informed of this design failure, which required significant changes and ordering new parts, 2 days before the original cabinet delivery. And their cabinet department expected me to pay an additional 2K to purchase cabinets needed for a functional layout. The communication during this critical phase was non-existent. I spent weeks trying to contact the department manager and designer, Julie, who consistently failed to return my calls or emails. I often received updates only after multiple follow-up attempts on my part, or after escalating the issue to other managers in different departments (like Flooring). This lack of follow-through turned an already stressful situation into a crisis. Not only was the replacement cabinet not ordered as promised (I had to chase people down to finally get an order confirmation) but once the remaining cabinets were being installed we noticed they ordered the wrong cabinet which does not fit the design. I discovered through direct contact with the manufacturer, Cabinetworks, that a critical component, the refrigerator upper cabinet, has not even been started and is not scheduled to begin production until January. Due to a series of internal design errors, non-responsiveness, and ordering mistakes, a project that should have been completed weeks ago is now stalled for months. These compounding failures have cost me significant personal time, substantial money on corrected materials, and unnecessary, severe inconvenience. I relied on Lowe's expertise and commitment, but the service provided by the design team at the 5825 S Eastern Ave store has been utterly unprofessional and incompetent. I strongly advise future customers to seek design services elsewhere, as this experience has been a catastrophic waste of time and resources.
