    I needed glass for a large frame that cracked - I went into Lowes on Eastern Ave. Ivan cut the glass placed into my frame and made my experience a good memorable one. Ivan was cheerful knowledgeable and fast. I hope Lowes holds onto Ivan because he is great!

    Great! Found a manager at newest store. We looked three different places for what I was looking for and decided I'd go with drywall 6/8 ft length. Cut it up and I'll make it. Do manager cut it? I can straighten it. It's a great day.

    You as a company, need to get it together.Customer service is terrible and then when you go to the self checkout.Because there really is no regular checkouts, you have some joker trying to fake and make believe that they want to be nice to you.But in fact, they're actually staring your items down basically accusing you of being a thief.It's ridiculousIf you don't want people to steal, have a regular register's open and stop making people feel like they are stealing or thieving.When they're not, they're just checking out.Your employee's need to be trained.Never been so uncomfortable at a store as I am in walmart and lowe's It's absolutely disgusting where I don't want to shopping either. One of those locations ever again and I see other customers online when your employee is being intrusive, nobody likes it. That's why people go to Amazon no intrusive employee's, and you don't have anything anyway. Every time I go there, you don't have it. And when you do have it, it's twice the prices it used to be a month. Ago look at the price of lumber is insane corporate greed at its best.

    I had a terrible experience at Lowe’s. The staff — especially Eddie, Donna, and Jr. — were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was spoken to in a way no customer should ever be treated, and I left feeling completely disrespected and discriminated against as a black woman!!!. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. Lowe’s needs to seriously retrain their employees on customer service and respect for all customers. I will not be returning after the way I was treated.
