    I recently needed a dryer in a hurry. I went to this location at 8:30 pm. David, the manager of appliances. Helped me greatly. He was knowledgeable, friendly and even got me approved for a Lowes credit. He got me out the door with a fine Maytag at a very fair price. It was a fantastic experience. I know that box stores can be a hassle, and finding staff that get the job done is not always the norm, but David was great and really helped. He should be recognized by the company for his commitment. Thanks

    I visited the garden section at Lowe’s twice yesterday, and my second encounter really stood out. While checking out, Pearl asked if I had the Lowe’s app on my phone (which I did). She took the time to walk me through it, showing me how to look for possible discounts like a $5 savings, and explained all the benefits available through the app. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness were outstanding—she is truly a great asset to Lowe’s.     Had an online order for in store pick up few days ago. Before i even made the attempt to the store, i received an email thanking me for pick up the order. I was puzzled and confused at the same time. I then called the store right away and i was told that they were having issues with their pick up lockers that they had to remove all items away from the lockers. As soon as that happened, lowes system sent out pick up completion via email and text automatically. I dont understand why lowes system did this even after they had upgraded their entire system few years ago. Moreover, I called back again the next day to cancel the order and lowes rep told me that someone had picked up the items and that they couldnt refund the order until they check the camera to see who did the pick up. This right there is a complete miscommunications and bad managements on the lowes end. Apparently not all employees were informed of lockers issues. It was fine that they had to check the camera to make sure items werent stolen. The lowes system errors should not had happened in the first place. No steps were taken to notify all affected customers until we called in.
