    I would say that the service at this store was unbelievable, but now-a-days not really. On Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 4:11pm I phoned this store to inquire about the availability of brown vinyl gutters. In the town I live, no place carries them without having to purchase in bulk. I asked the woman who answered the phone if they carried them. She, I guess, checked her computer and after a moment told me yes, they have them. So that there would be no misunderstanding, I made it a point to repeat what I was looking for: "BROWN VINYL GUTTERS?". She said yes, we have (20+ or 30+. I don't recall the inventory she stated). I told her great, I'll be there tomorrow. The next day I drove 80 miles in 1 hour 30 minutes, walked to the gutters and found that they had only brown ALUMINUM. NO BROWN VINYL! I located the store manager and not in a rude manner, but in a manner to display my, um, 'displeasure', I explained my ordeal and the incompetency of the phone person (who apparently does not know how to LISTEN or read). I don't remember the store managers name, but he appeared mildly attentive to my experience. The manager contacted the Assistant Manager, Cory, who spent some time with me at his computer trying to locate brown vinyl gutters, but to no avail. At least kudos to Cory for the time he spent. So that day they wasted 160 of my miles, 1/4 tank of my gas, and worst of all, well over 3 life-precious hours of my time that I will never get back. I never was rude nor obnoxious in any way, as angry as I was. Oh, wait. Maybe I should have phoned again before leaving my house? Maybe I should have, but I should not have had to. Grrrrr!

    I went to this lowes for a doordash order earlier today and one of the items I needed was in a pallet very high up and an employee named DJ was the nicest person ever and went above and beyond and got the pallet down for me! I assured him it was fine and I could just get a replacement but he said it was no issue. best experience I’ve ever had at a Lowe’s establishment!
