    Terrible customer service and false advertising. Website has the promotion banner below for purchasing a water heater on a weekday before noon (exactly as I ordered, on a weekday before noon). After being put in touch with their third party installer and being told “No, there is a cost for install and haul away” then ordering the water heater on Lowes.com and finding out there is ALSO a $69 delivery fee I called the store to inquire. After being put on hold for 20 minutes and being told that they were having a manager come to the phone, somebody got on the phone and gave a long winded explanation that no, you only actually get a free consultation with their third party installer and possible “free delivery” through the third party only after having a consultation, not through Lowes.com. So I asked if I could at least get a discount on the delivery fee since the website has false advertising and I had been on hold for so long for no actual benefit and the employee said well no I can’t do any discounts because I’m not actually a manager. Pardon? I was told that I was on hold for a manager? Then employee said well you can hold again for the manager but it might be a while because we’re very busy today and there’s only one manager. At which point I gave up because clearly this store is not concerned with customer service. In the last 5 years we have purchased our refrigerator, washer, dryer, and now water heater from this specific Lowe’s but we will never again purchase a large appliance from this store or any Lowes for that matter and we will recommend any friends and family go elsewhere for large appliance purchases. The least you could have done is given a discount on the delivery charge and not just thrown me into a tedious holding pattern on the phone (and actually had the manager on the phone after my 20 minute hold when you said the manager was coming to the phone). You have lost a loyal customer. 1 star.

    Great store. Kind and helpful staff, when you can find them; I’m often having to hunt down an associate for help. Anyway, Lowe’s is my second home at this point and it’s an easy store to navigate.

    Average Lowe's. Employees seemed to lean towards the younger side which is great. Very cool people with a lot of character. Layout was neat and tidy.

    Be very cautious if buying Stainmaster laminate, Was directed by corporate to have local Lowes file a claim for a defective plank within the warranty period. I went to this Lowes. It's been months and have not had any response from either the store or flooring manager . One of the sales specialists suggested I watch videos and replace it myself. Mohawk owns Stainmaster carpeting and some flooring but Stainmaster Pet Protect flooring is an exclusive product of Lowes. That's what I was told via Stainmaster customer service who I contacted from the warranty information sheet that is included in the laminate box. They said all claims for this product need to be filed locally. Had I known I would not have used this product. Bought it because of the color. HORRIBLE customer service. Update : After four months, they finally offered me a new plank or credit if they don't have the item anymore. Lowes needs to step up and install the plank. I already paid for contractor installation once and shouldn't have to pay again to replace a defective plank that has to be cut out and glued to the floor.
