  So, let's start off with the furniture quality. Seems well made and comfy. Customer service in the store was pleasant. No real issues in store browsing nor buying. The sales person did mess up our address on previous visits and we had not been getting our special mailers. No big deal there. But, and this is a BIG BUTT. Wife and I had been eyeing a dining room table and chairs for quite awhile. A sale came round day after Christmas, we pulled the trigger on the table, two pieces apparently legs and top, as well as six chairs with changeable seat tops. Also suckered ourselves into a sleeper sofa. Sales person said it'll be a bit before it comes in. Table and chairs came in first, we decided to wait for one delivery with the sofa. Big mistake. Once all the items were in, delivery came quickly. Sofa upstairs set up nicely, left a few random metal bits on the floor, thankfully I found them before dog. Not the worst part. Chairs came no issues. Table came without the hardware to put it together. This on a Saturday so no luck figuring out what happened. Was recommended we refuse the table, they'd figure out the hardware at the warehouse and we'd get it delivered again soon enough. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I mentioned at the beginning of this missive these items were purchased the day after Christmas, today is March 11. Just got table. There was no or very little communication between store and us. They told us they'd call and figure it out, we had to cal them. They told us the warehouse was looking for the stuff, they'd call us back when they found the hardware, they didn't we had to call them. They told us the manufacturer failed to send the hardware, they'd get the items in and call us back to schedule a delivery. They didn't. We, wife, had to repeatedly call them back asking about what is happening. Finally got word the manufacturer would be sending the hardware and it'll be another couple of weeks. Excuse me? Are they walking the stuff? Sending it via bicycle courier? You can't eat the cost to FedEx the items for your mistake? Apparently not. Had to call a 1800 number to inquire, sure let me look at notes on order, no notes. Called the store again, Oh, thought someone else was calling you back. After a few terse words they called back and said parts were in, delivery date was set. I am happy with the furniture not at all happy with the customer service and they way they handled their mistake. It should not take three months to get something delivered twice because you or your manufacturer lost something vital to the assembly. I don't think I'd recommend this company.

  We had a great experience with Alyssa when we were shopping for a new recliner. Without being pushy or stalking us through the store, she was able to direct us to exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t be happier.

  We went to the La-Z-Boy location on west Flamingo. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Kassie Kern. Kassie is professional, knowledgeable, and warm and friendly. She made our experience at La-Z-Boy 5 stars!

  The store experience was wonderful. My wife and I had very specific demands regarding the upholstery and Christine Sharkey took the time to go through the samples with us so we had the texture and color we wanted. The delivery was wonderful as well. Esdras and Raul were very considerate of our new house. They wore shoe covers to protect our floors without being asked. They were careful to avoid bumping the walls and placed our chairs exactly where we wanted. After they were plugged in he went through the controls and explained all the functions. One of the best delivery experiences we have had in several years. I would recommend this sales and delivery team to anyone.

  I recently had an “in home” design consultation from La-Z-Boy and I was totally impressed! The 3D software helped me to make well informed buying decisions. The designer brought samples for me to consider … being able to see swatches in my own home was priceless. I ended up placing an order for my first choice fabric, now I’m counting the days until my new custom furniture arrives. Can’t wait! Definitely take advantage of the “in home” shopping opportunity. Excellent!!
