The machine could not copy my key on the spot, but it said they could mail it out to me and I would get it in 3-5 days. It took 18 days for me to get my key. It does work, but it took a long time getting here. To be fair, they did tell me there were weather delays. The key was being shipped from the east coast. But even then, after getting my shipping notice, it still took 12 days to reach me. In the end, the key does work, but if you need a replacement key quickly and they can't make it on the spot, be prepared to wait.
