Cashiers came and selected the first to ahead of but when I went to go with them I was told I was “cutting the line” by the hapless cashier waiting on a price check. The assistants eventually came and other went into the line I believed would be my turn. I left frustrated to spend so much time with a disorganized business of rude people. If there was a rating below 1, they should get it. I won’t shop there again!

As I was checking out at the register, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I understand people have their off days, but I encounter 3 different employees with the same demeanor.

She assisted me in finding ready frames to do the work myself since they were booked through the holidays. She also helped me with prper matting for the frames and prints. - TGTannia GarciaDec 18, 20251.0I would give ZERO stars if I could. “Manager SUNSHINE” walked away and left me talking. Came to do a return, had to wait in the Returns line that was “doing both” returns and purchases because someone was on break and “Sunshine” refused to do the return. AWFUL customer service and poor management, it’s the holiday season so have less people sweeping the store and more cashiers and if you are a manager, then SOLVE the problem don’t just walk away from customers. EXTREMELY RUDE.
