I went in and we chatted and then he showed me to my unit and showed me how to lock and unlock my unit, another thing I liked because I never had a storage unit with a lock like the one I will be using. We chatted on the way out and that was that. He was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the area and the facility. I feel good knowing my belongings will be secure. I'm sorry I'm bad when it comes to memorizing names but he was there on this day around this time.
