Consuella was my rental agent and she gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had!! Her attitude was so warm, inviting and bubbly. She was super great. I was in and out very quick (which I really liked) I brought my daughter in to get her a storage unit last month and Consuella is the reason I came back. My experience getting my storage unit was fabulous and she went above and beyond her duty to make sure I left satisfied. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Just moved in to a 10 x 10, and CONSUELLA made the entire process seamless, easy, professional, and very friendly. From entering the door, to looking at the unit, to the move-in process, it was Smooth and Easy. 6909 W Charleston is brand new! Consuella thank you for Listening to my prior storage experiences and concerns. I feel confident that I and my personal items are safe and secure. Wow!
