We had to rent a small unit there and Dana was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable, accommodating and her customer service skills are commendable. We previously had a unit there under the previous company and I have to say they have really improved. You can tell the facility is cleaner, anyone I have spoke with there were very polite and professional. Dana patiently showed me different units and after selecting one she called me a couple days later saying what I was looking for came available which shows you she was listening and cared!

Brett in the sales office was professional, informative and very helpful. The manager, Dana at the Farm Road location has been wonderful. When I arrived, the facility was clean, my space was ready, and the move occurred without a hitch. Dana was very friendly, helpful and professional. Both of them were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
