I thought wow you just found out. Anyways I said ok maybe my fault for expecting more out of last minute rushed situations. Then lady on the line offered me a bigger truck which I wanted, for the same price, free upgrade. Lady on the line out of Fresno was so pleasant, friendly yet very professional and accommodating. Then I come in contact with sales lady at the storage In Enterprise; that Lady on the line out of Enterprise was so pleasant, friendly and very professional and accommodating. We hang up, eventually i arrived to the storage place and then couldn’t find my unit so we go across the street to a bigger storage area, go looking around and I’m like I’m asking the Ppl inside. So I go into office and the lady there from enterprise was so pleasant, friendly yet very professional and accommodating. Man o Man! I will be using them again 100% it’s not a coincidence that in two different areas far far away, it’s just a coincidence. Perhaps but I’m willing to bet my whole weeks pay, that they have high expectations and believe that all employees should love their job then they’re happy, like where happy milk comes from lol USE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE I GIVE THEM A 10/10 for customer service.
