Lighting inside the sheds is efficient, making it user-friendly even at night. But I want to recognize the on-site service representative, Craig. He’s always visible, friendly, and goes above and beyond to help. One day, after I accidentally lost a key, Craig was quick to assist and even brought me a bottle of water from his personal supply — plus an extra one for my fur baby (a German Sheppard). Craig always greets us with a big smile and offers helpful solutions anytime we need assistance. Craig’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care make every visit a positive experience. He’s truly an asset to this facility!
