I always felt like my belongings were safe. My only complaint is the price - it increased several times over the past two years. After this last price increase, I no longer could afford it, which is ultimately the only reason that I got rid of my unit. I've never used another storage facility, so I am not sure if this is normal. If you are using this for short term, I would absolutely recommend this location. If you are using it for long term I would just be cautious about the fee increases.
