- PSP SFeb 9, 20261.0Feb 9, 2026 - close out my storage unit, and I am told that it is to far into the month to get it prorated!! Really? Its not even 1/2 way through the month. I've rented the same place, through 3 different owning companies, through a 400% rate increase since the beginning, and you can't even get a prorated rental refund.
- MMMissyFeb 7, 20264.0I’ve been at this storage facility for longer than I care to admit and aside from a minor issue when I first moved in I have no issues. There is a gentleman named John that has pretty much been running this place since it became extra space and he’s great. Very helpful and goes the extra mile I would give him 5 stars but could only give the facility 4 stars because for as many years as I was with them, never having any issues they wouldn’t ever cut my rate, credit me a month to reward my loyalty all the while offering the same size unit to a new person for 1/2 of what I was paying. You’d think they would work with the long time renters but they don’t.
