The only negative is the rate can only be locked in for 6 months, it should be longer. I am a returning customer and had to pay the administrative fee of $29.00 again even though all of my information is in the system. The fee should be waived for returning customers if nothing has changed.

- MLMMC LlcNov 13, 20251.0Zero stars, fitz was very very weird. I signed a contract for a 5 x 10 for $110 / month. The 2nd month i was there i saw my credit card was charged $180. I called fitz and he stated prices can go up at any time it's a ' month to month' contract. I was mad and ended the call. Without my consent he doubled my rent and didnt even have the tenacity to let me know, he was scammy and by surprise was a snake. Upon me leaving and clearing my unit i was there by myself and rented a uhaul to clear my unit out and drove off. I saw the police follow me out the gate as if I did something wrong. Next day I got several emails and texts stating thank you for closing out your account and leaving. I did not even tell them I was leaving or moving out, it was Fitz spying on me being weird and saw me loading my uhaul and decided to cloae my account and call the police for whatever reason. He should be fired and jailed.
