- EPErnie PanzaJan 29, 20265.0When I first heard that a new company was buying out the private owner and taking over my storage unit, I was skeptical thinking everything would go up in cost. I first met Ashley the new manager and she was wonderful. A pleasure to speak with and get to know. She assured me there intentions where to improve the facilities and not increase cost. I have stayed in touch with Ashley almost 3 times a week and she is wonderful to work with. I have also noticed from the time Extra Space took over the property they have not stopped improving the units, doors, maintnance, and even adding more outside safe parking spots. Ashley is very easy to speak with and she actually listens to others with their issues and cares to help a try to fix or change what she is able to. I even had the opportunity to meet Michelle the manager on Jones and Sunset location. Michelle would also be in the office in the beginning of the new management team, even though this was not her primary location she would was also very instrumental in making this a very painless and easy switch for Extra Space I would recommend anyone who asks about my storage space to definitely consider renting from them. I also have already recommended several friends and colleagues the same, due to the professionalism of the manager, improvements and even the easy access in and out due to their great location.
