Brought us a cart and was so helpful. We were in an extra space that got bought out by US storage. US storage was awful and rude so we rented a truck and moved to another extra space location. The representatives at this location Kevin and George Elliott of West Sahara extra storage are fantastic, professional, and definitely went above and beyond to accommodate our unit move in. Just got off the road from Texas and needed a storage unit at 3:15pm and they close at 4pm. Not only did I get it rented and loaded by 4pm. Kevin assisted in holding doors until last second. Through my hurries of rushing I then proceeded to load the wrong unit and didn’t notice until I tried to lock it up, in which my lock didn’t fit it was too large. I know I was a mess. Kevin secured the unit for me and the next morning I came in to iron out my mishap and that’s when George Elliott entered the picture and gave me comfort and piece of mind be giving me assurance that I was in the right place. He proceeded to transfer units and walked the facility so we can rescue my unit with the proper lock as well explaining in detail times, codes, etc… all the details needed for property. If you need storage choose this facility, extremely clean, air conditioned and most of all very professional.
