There was no security, no call, no alert — nothing. I only found out because I came to my unit myself and realized I couldn’t get in. The staff confirmed the break-in but offered no real help or compensation, just suggested I “move inside” for more safety. Two days have passed, and there’s still no update, no accountability, and no concern for the thousands of dollars worth of belongings that were stolen. To make matters worse, they still expect rent to be paid next week as if nothing happened. It’s completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility and security on their part. If you’re considering renting here — please don’t. Protect your belongings and your peace of mind. This facility has proven to be negligent, unsecure, and unresponsive. I would never recommend renting here to anyone.
