Thank Gudness for the notification that came n the mail letting me know that the promo was expiring and that the price was going to double … I immediately got uPp outta there! But it was kool tho. 5 stars from me I’d use them again if need be.
- JKJoel KuehnDec 19, 20255.0ESS on Lamb was fantastic. They are a well organized and clean facility in a well lit area with very low foot traffic. The gate system and the app are very easy to use and make the process of entering and getting into the building easy and quick. My wife is disabled and uses a scooter whenever we are out of the house. This was the first facility we saw with ample room to fit her scooter, well designed curbs and areas for her to get around without obstacles and a staff that made her feel welcome. Often her disability results in a situation where she is made to feel very uncomfortable and even though we had a lot of very unique concerns due to her limitations, the staff were all very helpful, kind and considerate. They took the time to listen to her questions and the manager on duty who we worked with today was exceptionally helpful. Last night we called and were working with a young lady who was also patient and had great customer service skills answering every question she could regarding the property, even though we came to find out she was just filling in at that location. I highly recommend this facility for their security, their service and their cleanliness.
