- DLDanny LyonMay 2, 20185.0To the Managers, Supervisors, and all Investors - Extra Space Storage is by far one of the best and most pleasant places I've had to store my belongings; for a number of reasons in which I'd like to explain. I searched through 5 separate storage areas to find the best deals, pricing, and location for me and my things. The prices ranged drastically and not everyone was offering anything to entice their clientele to use their service. That was not the case with Extra Space Storage and instead offered the best price, central location with easy access, and professional assistance. I've used storage units in the past and have had to deal with the tenant being less than enthusiastic and more gruff to say the least, which is what leads me to your shining star Madison. The gate was being upgraded today and wasn't functioning, but that didn't stop Madison from warmly greeting us and explaining the situation. She had a smile on her face and a upbeat attitude about helping us anyway she could. She answered all my questions regarding the facility, contract, and unit but also took the time to fill the gaps between questions with fun conversation. She was very informative and took her time with me in going over each initial or signature she needed for the contract. I myself work in customer services and I look to interact with people in business that hold themselves to a high standard when dealing with clients. That is precisely what Madison is, a valuable asset in your customer facing interactions that will promote return customers and positive feedback from patrons on a day-to-day. If I could give Madison a managment position in customer service where I work, I would because she is what we call a real MVP! THANK YOU again Madison and to Extra Space Storage for maintaining an excellent business for my needs.
