  I ordered two 84-in panels for a living room window and paid $1791.00 for them, which I think is an exorbitant fee to pay for two panels. When I received the curtains they were an inch too short even though the representative measured for the length of the curtains. In addition, there are large lumps from some kind of stitching or seams in the back of the curtain. These are very obvious and I have photos of them. I have tried steaming the curtains and nothing will remove the lumps. I have a cornice board that I need to hire people to take down in order to replace the curtains and I've already hired people to lower the curtain rod to accommodate for the curtains being an inch too short. I have paid hundreds more dollars to do this and have no interest in doing it again for them to correct their problem which is only costing me more money. PHOTOS ARE ON MY GOOGLE MAPS REVIEW.
