Furniture section and it was helped out by a salesperson named linda. she helped out and answered any of my questions, and that was good. I went back to the store once I wanted to make do another review and sit in the furniture a few time. And I worked with Ricardo, and basically when I decided to make the purchase, he made everything very straightforward. And it seemed very credible with everything from the pricing to the to the damage warranty, which I was very concerned about. And then even helped me get through the delivery charges. So i've already done business there, and I'll certainly do business there in the future.As well. The high pressure salesmen tactic, it's not there as far as I can tell. And that's a relief. Especially for someone who knows what they want and wants to discuss with an expert and get honest answers etc. soTime is not wasted.

Lowes doesn't do that so we came to RC Willey for the win. Delivery was just as great, the gentlemen protected my equipment and made sure everything was going to fit and connect before they began offloading. They corrected a minor leak and provided replacement lines and parts. No dents, scratches or anything. I will be coming back for future purchases.
