  Brandon the store manager at Valle Verde was very helpful. We purchased a 400,000 BTU pool heater with no problems. We initially did everything online and then went to the store to pay for the install fees. First, make sure to have the heater site evaluation and then once the tech comes out, purchase the heater through Leslie’s and they will do the install. Once the heater is delivered, Leslie’s corporation will contact you to set up an appointment for the install. We are very happy with the results, our tech Fausto was knowledgeable and worked quickly. They will take your old heater, and you don’t need to do anything. I highly recommend Leslie’s, it’s been a great experience.

  Brandon the store manager doesn’t even know what a color IQ test kit is. Not very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend a different Leslies

  Staff at various locations are clueless. Always irritating to go here. Keep going because of the rewards program but I can find deals elsewhere.

  They have a good selection of pool toys and equipment. If you are in a hurry this is a great place to get what you need. If you're not in a hurry you'll be able to find the same product elsewhere for cheaper.
