  Team was total awesome Nathan went above and beyond to help us out we needed a recliner for my mom for when she got out of the hospital the team was wonderful

  We were immediately greeted by Armando, who listened to our ideas about what we were shopping for, and directed us to the options available at his store. He informed us of details of each chair, asked about the person who would use it, and answered all our questions. We feel confident that we made an informed decision and thank him for his advice and experience.

  The sales person really pushed buying the extended warranty policy and to have the chair scotched guarded in case of stains. Waste of money. When i tried to use the warranty to make a claim for a stain, it was denied. I dont believe the chair had the protection on it that I paid for. This is my second Lazy Boy lift chair and it will be my last one. The first chair only lasted less than three years and the leg lift broke twice.

  Went to Lazy boy to look for new sofa and or furniture for our new home. We greeted by a store representative who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us many styles and explained the differences. We were really interested in the trouper sectional. We spent some time thinking about and asking questions. They have a room designer on the staff. She setup our room on the pc and displayed the variations of what it would look like in our room. We finally chose a combination on pieces and arrangement we liked. We purchased to with a 6 - 8 week delivery. Perfect for us as home will be available by then. 😀 high quality furniture made in the 🇺🇸. Great team at this location, great job 👏

  I had a La-Z-Boy loveseat - sales ticket: 185-74684 delivered to me yesterday afternoon. I want comment very positively about the very professional, extremely efficient, timely and gracious service provided by the two movers. They showed me how it worked, asking me if I had any questions - which I didn’t because they were so helpful - but because they were so efficient and gracious I am afraid that I did not ask them their names. I just hope these very positive comments reach them from the customer they delivered to on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 3:30 pm. Thanks for the excellent service you provided.
