What starts as a reasonable price quickly becomes much more expensive, which feels misleading and frustrating as a customer. When you choose a storage facility, you expect some level of price stability or at least clear communication before changes happen. Instead, the constant rate hikes make it feel like they rely on the inconvenience of moving your belongings to keep charging more. If you’re considering storing your items here, be aware that the price you sign up for likely won’t stay that way for long. I wish the company was more transparent and respectful of long-term customers.
