RCWiley on Stephanie. Was greeted at the entrance. Asked what i was shopping for and let me know what area to look in. No pressure from the many sales folks on the floor. Found what I was looking for, got my questions answered and made the purchase. Delivery was awesome. They were friendly, thorough and fast. They asked how to arrange and everything was completed very professionally. All packing materials were taken with them. Five star delivery.

In store purchase of a multi featured love seat on web site, but not available in the store. Still made the purchase with guidance from salesperson D. Blackburn. Delivery was spot on three days from purchase, which included assembly and placement in my home. Missing one star because the furniture cleaning package was not provided at delivery. We were informed it should have been provided at the store when we made the purchase. Had to call store about this missing item…they will get back to me.

I am so glad we stopped in RCW last month and this month for our bed frames, mattresses, & dresser. We were greeted by Maggie who made our shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Maggie was absolutely the reason we decided to make our purchases. Her expertise and experience was evident and she helped us navigate through the bedroom gallery. Maggie is phenomenal and I definitely recommend asking for her if you are looking for items in the bedroom gallery.

The delivery team was friendly, smiling, and even helped me add floor pads to the legs of my new couch, which I truly appreciated. Rolland McHughes, my salesperson, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He took the time to answer every question and made the entire purchase experience easy and stress-free. At checkout, the cashier went above and beyond by helping me find additional discounts that applied to my purchase. The store itself has a wide variety of furniture, housewares, appliances, and electronics, making it a great one-stop shop for home needs. Overall, a seamless and positive experience. Highly recommend!
