- GSGeorge Sanabria1 day ago1.0Review is on extended warranty claim experience. First time having to use RCWilley for extended warranty paid service on dishwasher that broke down. Filed a claim on Monday and received no confirmation email, text or notice of next steps to follow up. Had to call store on Tuesday to make sure my claim went through. Was told it did and would get a third party calling me to schedule appointment. Received a call Wednesday for an appointment the next day. Dishwasher was not fixed due to a part needing to be replaced. Was told this would be reported by service tech and to expect a call back with a new appointment to fix or to replace. Did not receive a call back on Friday. Called Saturday to check status of claim and was told the warranty center was closed on weekends. 1 week with no fix or confirmation of next steps to replace or fix. Thanksgiving coming up and I don't expect to have a working dishwasher by then. Recommend that the company add a way to check claim status online. Also, the claim center can be more proactive on notifying customers of status and expectations throughout the claim process. Previous appliance warranties from competitors were quick to schedule, resolve and track progress. Most within 1-3 days.

There is a very large parking lot in front of the store, and it is open daily except it is closed on Sunday. This store is huge, and there is something for everyone looking for furniture, appliances or a wide variety of electronic items and all at competitive prices. We were there to buy a bed frame, and even though we did not find what we were looking for, the staff was very professional with no heavy-handed pressure to buy. I personally loved the electronics section with a huge display of flat screen televisions, computers and even a unique flight simulator setup for those die-hard gamers.

Once I made a tentative choice he did not pressure me. After 2 days I decided to go with the beautiful leather chair. I reconnected with Logan, he walked me to guest services providing the information and the transaction was completed promptly. The chair was delivered today, timely and professional driver and assistant. Once again very pleased with the quality and service RCWilley provides. I rate my experience 10/10. I highly recommend❤️Thank you!

Explained the various advantages of the dishwashers we were interested in, in an extremely understandable manner and without attempting to influence our decision. The entire RC Wiley experience is always a lot of fun and we truly enjoy shopping at their store for all our home needs. The delivery and set up is professional and complete with the added benefit of a knowledgeable technician willing to share tips and information to make our future use easy. We trust RC Wiley and plan to continue shopping with them for years to come.
- SRSue RNov 15, 20254.0The oven/stove seems great so far. The delivery - not so much. We were given a window of 10:30am -12:30pm the night prior. Again in the morning. Then at 12:12 I called and they said delivery would be there at 12:25 pm, barely making the window. At 12:30 still no delivery so I called again and they said 12:40. Then I discovered online tracking and it stated 12:55 - 1:07 arrival. I understand things happen but a two hour window should allow for that. Also, the CS employees didn’t give accurate information. They arrived after 1pm. They took care not to scratch floors. However the stove had goop on it so I had to get out goo gone to clean it. Response to response… I don’t think you got it that I called CS and they lied to me about delivery time! Calling didn’t help. My post was for RC Wiley to be more accurate in delivery times and to be honest
