  I have gotten the run around since June 2025. It is now January 2026. And my love seat is not repaired because now they cannot get the part and the man has retired. Does this make sense. Now they give you store credit you pick out the item and you have to settle because the color doesn’t match ok no problem. But they tax you on the entire amount but they didn’t give you back the tax on the original price. And Matt the manager says we can’t give you two offers we already gave you the sale price of $200 off we can’t take the tax away on the full price too. Only one offer at a time. So I guess it’s the last time I’ll be buying here. And will never recommend anyone to shop here.

  I was ordered dinner set for 1600 and I Oder again next day 3 bar chair for 800. I got 4 chairs and bench In a week without table and 2chairs damaged when I call and ask about table staff member said. It’s will take time to prepare no time as well I ask to cancel the order .she canceled all the orders .i spoke to supervisor she also no answer when I ask why you cancel other orders . Still I don’t see my money back to account as well . That’s how Rcw now

  Excellent Service! We bought a new 65 inch Sony TV. My husband went back to RC Willey & to the salesman, Mike, who was so helpful when we purchased our 55 inch Sony 14 yrs ago. We had Jeremy install our new TV & remove the old TV to the bedroom. He did an outstanding job. He was so patient & helpful in showing us how everything worked. We have always been happy with our purchases at RC Willey. And when we had a problem they always took care of it. We will continue to go to RC Willey!

  Very happy with our purchase. Jesse was an amazing salesman and made sure our delivery was made sooner rather than later to help accommodate our situation. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t try to up-sale us on a more expensive w/d unit. He also made sure we had his contact information in case we had any questions or concerns. Delivery of our washer and dryer was completed as promised. Delivery and install was professional and timely with a smile. We will go to RC Willey again with no hesitation, especially if we can work with Jesse again. I love our new washer and dryer! With the money we saved on the sale price, we were able to add pedestals. And the rebate basically paid for the delivery. Very happy with the whole process.

  Be careful when taking on one of their credit cards. They will lie to you and say it’s 18 months 0% interest, but then actually put your item under a different plan. On top of that, they specifically calculate your monthly bill so that it’s just enough to go over the 0% interest period. For example, my current minimum is $200 a month. But if I paid $205, then it’ll be paid off before the end of the interest period. And they definitely will not warn you about anything or be clear about the details. Also, the people they send for installation are total novices. It’s a bit sad when I know more about installation than their own workers, and I have minimal experience. Not to mention everything is overpriced. Buy your TV from Costco. Don’t take their credit card line without getting all the details as well as the name of the person telling you everything. Pay extreme attention, they’re teetering on fraud.
