Now I know why I ALWAYS go to Home Depot. Needed cabinetry for my office staff lounge remodel. Went to Lowe’s cuz it was convenient at the time and saw something I liked. I waited for 10 min before I saw someone to help me. I asked then nope she doesn’t do cabinets says I need to talk to Cory the only cabinet guy I guess. Waited for him. Then waited some more. Total wait time 20 min before he said to me I’ll be right with you. He disappeared and I waited until I can’t wait anymore. So I left. They just lost several thousand cuz Cory was no wheee to be found. Anyways I’ll just go to Home Depot my usual go to. I know they probably don’t care. I’m just one customer. They are major corp but this is not how you treat customers.

They will leave an item next to an incorrect label and price. For example, medium packing boxes displayed at $2.35 but ring up $3.85 because they're the heavy duty version versus the price tag meant for the regular version even though the heavy duty boxes are the only medium sized boxes stocked.
