A female manager in her 50s confronted me at the door and falsely accused my service animal of having defecated in the store. An employee standing right there had to correct her, explaining I had not even entered the store yet. This manager then proceeded to illegally interrogate me, demanding "papers" (which don't exist under the ADA) and asking me to disclose my specific disability. This is a humiliating, discriminatory, and illegal line of questioning. This manager is a serious liability, and I am filing a formal ADA complaint.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
