We called a few different stores which all gave us the run around! Since they want to make money off you by basically forcing you to pay to have it shipped to your home you really cannot pick items up in store any longer. I called customer service to have one delivered from the warehouse to the closest store to us and the customer service person who is obviously not in the US as most of them aren’t took care of it. Now I do not like using your card to order over the phone anyways but since we were getting the runaround it seemed to be our only option and my fear indeed came true! The scam artist customer service rep for Lowe’s home improvement charged our card 3 times for things that were not approved!!! This is why this fear exists and corporate America is completely out of control!!!!
