Nathan, Daisy, and the whole staff at the Henderson La-Z-Boy store were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly determine the wants and needs of both my fiancé and myself. They help. Thank youed us find the perfect seating for our living room. We'll be seeing them again for barstools and recliners for other parts of the house. Thank you so much!

I've been to like five different furniture stores and when I got the lazy boy and sat down in that nice comfortable recliner I knew that was it. Carrie was a very helpful salesperson listen to all my different needs that I had I have a 90 lb pitbull that likes to sit beside me in my chair so we had to fit her in there too.

I called the Henderson store because it was the closest to Kingman, AZ. I got a very nice young salesman, Phillip Norkett. He listened while I explained why we needed full leather wrap living in AZ and the previous experience we had with leather/vinyl combinations. He offered me a better price on what I wanted than two other places. We did the deal over the phone and I can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive. Thank you Phillip!

The one star was for the chair we purchased. We really do love it. Everything else from a customer service standpoint was terrible. We needed a base put on the chair which they had to ship it to California to do. Ok, that’s fine. But the delivery date wasn’t met. Then a week later, the sales lady delivered the chair in her car without the base! That tells me she never shipped it out to begin with! She packed the chair back up to ship it out which was another delay. Then the delivery date she gave me after that was another week off. For all the trouble, she gave me a measly $50 off of an $1100 item. Through this whole experience, they made me, the customer, feel like it was no big deal. Well, it was a big deal at the time of purchase when I paid you in full! Only to get crappy customer service after. I will not recommend or return to your store.

The entire process from the beginning to end was seamless, smooth and surprisingly painless? I walked in the door and was greeted by Philip who spent time finding out what our concerns and needs were and then listening to us. He gave us the information we asked for and gave us the time and space to think, discuss, and make a decision. He was easy to find and available once we had made our decision and completed the details for us.(I have had extreme past experiences at other furniture stores where I have been left to sit for almost an hour and no one ever came back? And other experiences where I’ve been pounced on the minute I came in the door and followed around and talked at and pressured etc.)
The delivery guys were also excellent as well and showed me how to take apart the old recliner and put it in the garage for me. The place for their names on the receipt is blank and I did not write their names down so sadly I do not remember. But it said Service by LV2 HDL? They mentioned I would get an email with a survey about them specifically but I have not received it yet.
This is where I will go next time I need to buy more furniture. Thank you!
