We’re kind of piddling around window shopping for the home we’re going to buy after we finish probate on my mother in laws estate. Mentioned that we’re just looking for our future home to the salesperson. And her response basically secured the fact that I am not going to be purchasing anything from this company. Not petty. Just a principle thing. “You came into a furniture store, with kids? Oh no, YOU came to buy something today.” Who says something like that? You have no idea what we’re going through in life. Literally the nerve…. Clearly we were not welcome in the store. Clearly she was trying to get us to leave. Nasty, horribly shark like sales bullcrap. So insensitive. Totally un self-aware. Very bad representation of the brand, and again. This is my first impression of the company? Oh not to mention you’re asking over $4,000 for a crappy sectional? Definitely giving dying company. Definitely giving late-stage capitalism.

The in stock inventory still had a long delivery wait. I questioned if the chair was clean given the sun was shining on it and a dark sun shade was pulled down behind it. I was told by the sales associate the chair was indeed clean and it was a shadow from the sun. It was filthy !!! I would have picked something else out but trusted her input. Very disappointed in their service not being honest with me. They did recommend a delivery service I used. When I called to discuss my disappointment I was told the delivery people must have made it like that with the delivery. NOT!!!! Really not taking any responsibility?
