I have had many items framed there and always have been perfect. If there ever was any issue at all, they would correct it for no extra charge!

It had a lot of cute decor & a lot of good sales. The only downside was how long the lines were to check out!

This Hobby Lobby is great🤗—the workers and the atmosphere are amazing, and you can really tell the staff are doing their best. The lines can be long, but keep in mind that people complaining about the lack of Apple Pay or tap-to-pay might overlook the great deals the store offers.
I use to own a small shop my self so For saller/medium businesses like Hobby Lobby, adding Apple Pay can be expensive because it requires upgrading point-of-sale systems. They also prefer to promote their own apps, collect customer data directly, and avoid extra credit card fees. Plus, cashiers enter everything by hand💀😭not because it’s outdated, but because it keeps more people employed rather than relying on machines and reduces the impact on the job market. So if you decide to shop at Hobby Lobby to fill your creative needs, keep in mind that they have their own system, and you may have to wait in line to get the deals you want and enjoy. And please be kind to the young cashiers I seen so many times in line them being yelled by a customer over a situation they can not help or control.

I want to like this place so badly, but I end up frustrated and angry every time I go. The store is stuck in the 90s. I don’t understand why nothing has come to this century in terms of electronics. The fabric department is literally using a calculator and handwriting each cut of fabric instead of scanning it like any other normal store. This makes the wait and line much longer than necessary. They also have not upgraded to Google/Apple/tap to pay devices at checkout. Checkout lines are also always insanely long. After standing in line for over 20 minutes (I had my kids with me, believe me I felt every one of those minutes) I literally called the store and asked them to open up another register. There were four or five employees milling around the front while the lines were all the way back into the merchandise aisles. Another thing to be aware of, they do not stock fabric or decorations for any holiday or theme that is not aligned with the owners religion. I completely understand (and honestly respect) not opening the store on Sunday to keep the sabbath, but not having Halloween fabric/decorations or Hanukkah or Kwanza (no need to continue listing, the point is made) I think takes it a step too far. Unfortunately, Joann’s closed, but I will certainly be taking my business to Michael’s. Yes it’s a bit more expensive, but my sanity and having holiday items I am looking for is worth paying for in my opinion.
