I filled out my information and my unit was reserved right away. All I have to do now is pick up the lock within twenty four hours and I already have my gate code ready to go. I also received a wonderful customer service follow up call right after my reservation was confirmed, which made the experience even better. I was able to set up my automatic monthly payments during sign up too, which made everything fast and simple. I highly recommend this storage facility if you are looking for a smooth and quick process to secure a unit and their prices were the best I found.

- EHEd HowellNov 2, 20251.0Total and Complete Incompetence. They claim when you rent online your unit is ready and available with the lock inside included. I get there with vehicle Completely loaded. First thing look for is a cart to load onto too before going to the 2nd floor where our unit was located. Only found one cart on the entire facility and someone was using it and was going to have it for a while. So we proceeded to find the unit. It was locked with plastic wire strap. We tried calling twice. No way of getting to a live agent of any sort. Left two messages and still have not received any call backs from anyone. Total miss advertisement, lack of carts and zero customer service. This is definitely not the way to earn new clients.
