    Purchased dryer on 11/1/25 installed 11/3/25. Noticed 11/8/25 vent hose had come disconnected from back of dryer. It was a big job for my 80 year old husband to fix. Not happy with installation

    Was disappointed I did not find 20' conduit, all I found was 10' but was able to get what I needed. In their defense I did not ask if it was some place else, but if it was, they need a sign indicating they have it available.

    Delivered a damaged oven and are making me reorder it. Meanwhile I have an open gas line and no oven. The employees at the store said it is policy to return the damaged item, process a full refund wait for it to show up on my credit card and then I have to repurchase the item as a new purchase. THIS IS AN AWFUL PROCESS!!!!!!! Update corporate office said that is not their process, so the woman on the phone at the store is a LIAR. Terrible customer service
