  Absolutely zero maintenance and cleanliness. Roof leaked ruining all my stuff. Wind blew the tons of leaves and dust under door with minimal weather stripping. Yard is always dirty and they refuse to do any yard cleaning. Staff is literally 100 years old, ineffectual, couldn't careless about their falling apart storage buildings and told us that's just the way it is around here. Just sits at desk and does minimal work. Look somewhere else for you storage needs. Reserved a truck to move out. No truck available on my move out day. They do not guarantee your reservation! But they did charge my credit card!

  TERRIBLE! Rented my reserved units to someone else. Had no options for me. Worst business practices ever! DO NOT USE! I asked was told they could hold for 2 wks. When I went in 2 wks later and they told me they were rented to someone else, no one tried to come up with other options!
