Southwest Gas responded immediately and confirmed the shoddy installation, but Lowe’s customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. Even after multiple escalations, I was told refunds/exchanges would only happen on their timeline, leaving me without a working stove or oven. This was a dangerous, exhausting, and unacceptable experience. I will never shop at Lowe’s again, and I strongly warn others to avoid them. Safety and customer service should matter more than this.
