After reading reviews I now realize I am not the only unsatisfied customer. I have been remodeling over the years and spent so much money there, plus at the garden center. They have screwed up my kitchen remodel immensely. I will try and reach out to management but after reading reviews that sounds like a pointless effort but still I will try as of now I am left with a non functioning kitchen.

They had what I wanted which was a simple $149.00 tool bag, but it was on the floor out of its plastic wrap and covered in dust, 10 brand new uncovered bags to choose from. Not a little dust, black bag turned dirt tan on the top. 20 minutes to tune it back to new. Cleaned before a photo 🤯...
Leave the plastic on people or put the $20 bags on the floor, not the most expensive one you sell!

I purchased a gas stove from Lowe’s (Carson City store #1024) and endured 4 failed delivery/install attempts before it was finally hooked up—unsafely. The installer left me with TWO gas leaks, one from the stove itself and another at the hookup, slowly leaking gas into my home for 6 days. My family, including children and grandchildren, spent time in my home during this period and experienced headaches from the exposure.
Southwest Gas responded immediately and confirmed the shoddy installation, but Lowe’s customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. Even after multiple escalations, I was told refunds/exchanges would only happen on their timeline, leaving me without a working stove or oven.
This was a dangerous, exhausting, and unacceptable experience. I will never shop at Lowe’s again, and I strongly warn others to avoid them. Safety and customer service should matter more than this.
