My oven, which was only two months old, unexpectedly malfunctioned—an understandably frustrating situation. However, she handled everything with remarkable professionalism, patience, and empathy. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, acknowledged the inconvenience, and made me feel genuinely heard. Rather than making the process difficult, she acted quickly and efficiently to help resolve the issue.

The machine had a malfunction almost immediately after I got home and the manufacturer had obstacles that prevented me from requesting service. I finally gave up and called Leon's to see if they had an alternative customer service number for the company. They didn't, so instead they offered to take on the task of getting the matter taken care of. Within 24 hours, she called me back and had a service call approved so it can be fixed properly. This kind of customer service will definitely have me checking Leon's first when I buy the kinds of furniture and appliances they sell.
