    Why keep all the wood pellets outside in the rain and snow?? Everytime I buy pellets there's at least one bag of pellets that's all dust. Pellets turn into dust when they get wet. At Canadian Tire they keep a number of bags inside and it's the same size store (I'd go there but they don't have softwood pellets). You can stack 100-200 bags inside the store..there's lots of empty space at the front. Way more space than Canadian Tire has and they make it work. When I called I was told to bring the bags back but I don't have the time and energy to lug bags back and forth and hope the new ones are not wet when I open the bag. This is an issue that needs handling and they're putting it back on the customer to just keep returning the bags. Why not put the pellets inside? It's like keeping sugar outside the grocery store and telling customers to bring them back if wet. Ugh 😩 I'm so tired of how corporate stores treat people these days.

    Recently placed an online order for some flooring, I came to pick up and the Lady at customer service was great, very friendly and helped me to my flooring. It was only 2 boxes so I carried it out. Got home and found it was the wrong finish. I called the next morning to get it resolved, and Jeff was amazing, he had the right flooring dropped off and picked up within a couple hours. He didn’t have to do that, but he did, and It meant a lot.

    Terrible customer Service. I can’t say I can think of a hardware store I have been to that has worse customer service. First visit, I was told,” come back tomorrow and maybe someone can help you find that item… “ Second visit , after purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of decking that I need to buy $300 more to get the proper bit to drive the screws I bought.. I will try and avoid this place from now on, that’s for certain

    Garage door online $745...but I cannot "add to cart" to order online. The guy at the counter told me the prices online are Ontario prices (even if N.S. stores are chosen) Price in N.S.....$1600! I told them they must honor the prices online. They responded no because its online. Sounds like a freaken scam to me. Total BS Seems like a class action lawsuit for false advertising. Will escalate to the CEO. Cant wait for you to reply some corporate BS excuse
