    I ordered a table and chairs based on an advertised estimated delivery date of April 25. The very next day, I received an update pushing the delivery to May 25, a full month later. I understand that delays can happen, especially with large items. However, a one month change immediately after purchase feels misleading, particularly when the earlier date influenced my decision to buy over other retailers. I contacted customer service and the experience was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the concern, the response focused entirely on the fact that the date was "estimated." There was no recognition of how a significant overnight change could feel misleading and impact a customer's expectations and experience, and no options were offered, such as a discount, delivery accommodation, or any form of goodwill. Their responses felt defensive rather than solution oriented. A simple acknowledgment of the situation would have gone a long way. Customers should be aware that estimated delivery dates shown at purchase may not reflect actual availability, and delays of up to a month are possible even immediately after ordering.

    Andy was a great help. We went in thinking to try just the plush mattresses but she guided us in another direction and helped us find the right mattress for us! She is very knowledgeable about mattresses, she found us a fantastic deal, and both the trial period and warranty made us feel much better about making such a large investment in our sleep.

    Very disappointing experience with The Brick. I had furniture delivered and installed, and during the process, their team caused damage inside my home. What’s worse is that this happened twice on separate occasions. When I contacted them about it, they refused to take responsibility or offer any help with repairs. No accountability, no resolution—just a flat denial. I regret giving them a second chance. Save yourself the stress and consider buying elsewhere. A company that won’t stand behind their service is not one I would trust again.

    I just want to thank Ryan at the store as he had to deal with me on Thursday before Good Friday - as I told him, I looked at my invoice but did not pay attention the the phone number and the one you had, I don't have any more. He changed it and assured me that it would be changed. When I got the email from you on the day before the delivery - it was not changed - so I replied to the email. Ryan then emailed me and said not to worry, he made the changes. Sure enough as per what he said, my delivery was when it said it would be here (I love the tracking app). The gentlemen that brought it up here were wonderful taking all of the stuff it was packed in. GREAT JOB to them. The stuff was heavy. Great job to everyone - Patty Murphy (sales person) Ryan Dufour (on the phone) and the 3 delivery guys - sorry don't know their names. Beth Udby

    From the ease of purchase, to the fantastic delivery service, we highly recommend purchasing from the Brick! We looked everywhere for the proper furniture for a very long time, and it took us about 30 seconds of walking into the showroom at the Brick, to find what we needed.
