- KOKirk OldfieldApr 1, 20261.0Soil on sale today was nothing short of sad. Broken bags, crap all over them. Another pallet load was all frozen together and two people in the yard were about as helpful as a teenager on social media. No one offered any help and offered no apologies and or “rain check” . I should have known better to even think of going here.

I really want to support this business being one of my local hardware stores, however the stock keeping in this store is absolutely abismal, so many times I have looked online and things say in stock only to get there and have to wait 30 minutes for somebody to go look only to be told they don't have any. This has happened multiple times! The final straw today was just needing some 2x3 lumber, after doing four laps of the yard we could only find 10 soaking wet pieces. So I decided to just exchange for some 2x2 for the remainder only to find out they were more expensive when I did the exchange? How on earth is smaller lumber more expensive?!?! Will be taking my business to Home Hardware from here on out, sorry Rona Elmsdale.

They proceeded to get the manager the manager came over and to my surprise he had no idea what he was talking about. My advice is if you’re looking for something in a hardware store take the time to go to home hardware or drive to the city because the staff here has absolutely no idea what they’re talking about.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
