We were shopping for a mattress and decided to go check out your excellent sales over the weekend. The prices were better than anywhere else we shopped recently. The selection of brands and range of products were as good or better than other local mattress stores at better prices. The reason for the low rating was the service we received, which would be zero or one star in our opinion. We were greeted by a sales rep immediately and he came on way too strong for us. He was brash and we felt like we were being talked down to.
He did a great job of explaining the sales but that's about it. I said I was interested in hybrid mattresses and he told me that wasn't a thing and all mattresses are hybrid mattresses. The main turnoff was the constant reminder of his name, which I won't write here and that he was on commission. He said no sales, no money. It kept coming back to him and his name and the commission. We could even see other customers that appeared to be trying to get away from him.
Maybe others feel differently but I don't care, even a little bit, who gets my commission at a store when I don't know anyone there. Your commission system and how sales people are paid doesn't matter to me. If I get really good service from someone, I might want to make sure they get it but I first have to like the service.
In this case, we really disliked this man's entire approach to sales and would rather pay a little more somewhere else to not support this salesman. He epitomized everything you think of when you think of that old used car salesman stereotype. We even discussed going back today and trying to land a different person but don't want any awkward situation.

They never delivered my couch said would be here last week and then had excuses on why said would be here next week now saying it's there but no drive to deliver called twice said warehouse manager would call back but still has not poor poor service now they are saying they don't deliver here any more not very good service

Our experience with the team from Leon’s in Coldbrook was stellar. From the excellent and most personal service we received from Joan on the sales floor, to the delivery and assembly from the drivers, we have always had wonderful experiences. It is this awesome service that keeps us coming back to Leon’s as our trusted provide of furniture and appliances.

I had an incredible experience here buying my living room furniture! From the salesperson, to the purchase, to the delivery in my home, all exceptional! The only flaw I see, which wasn't a ding against Leon's staff rating, was that the furniture I wanted wasn't local (it had to be delivered from Ontario). I waited 3 weeks for that delivery so just take note, if they don't have it in their warehouse, it may be a long wait to get it. I love my new furniture and it really brought together my new home.

If I could provide Zero star, I would do it without any hesitation..... A very very bad service , big lack of communication, moreover they do not respect the contract after making payments of thousands of dollars and they let you wait for 6 weeks to receive the order that fully paid for it ! On top of that , they do not even let you know and Need to follow up after the order you fully paid for ....... i do not recommend at all .... very bad experience, they caused me a lot of stress that I can not manage with my health condition. I had to cancel an event and had a financial loss because they didn't respect the delivery time and now I'am with an empty living room for 6 weeks !
