Day 1 he came to assess our machine, he saw the problem after some quick thorough looking and then ordered the part for us, which was nice because I wouldn’t have a sweet clue. Day 2, the part arrived, we were told he would be here between 11am-1pm, he came on time and got it fixed quickly, in-and-out. Very nice fellow as well! Thanks Shawn!
